Key Responsibilities\n

- Participate in the creation of crisis plans, positive behavior support strategies, and risk assessments as requested.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools to ensure compliant and effective interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement treatment and support strategies that promote recovery and wellness.
- Keep accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion.
- Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality of care provided.
- Serve as a liaison and build relationships with relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners.
- Establish connections with local and national organizations to seek new partnerships and funding opportunities.
- Contribute to personal and professional growth by participating in conferences, workshops, and committee meetings relevant to mental health.
- Model and promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
As an LMHC with Consent Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including those experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries. Your role will be pivotal in providing therapeutic support, guidance, and advocacy, leading clients toward recovery and improved mental health outcomes.

- A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
- Possession of an Independent LMHC License issued by the state board is necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain clinical records and generate comprehensive reports.

Compensation and Benefits\n
