Job Summary
Seeking a strong Christian educator to inspire and educate students, fostering curiosity, and promote critical thinking. We have a comprehensive curriculum to utilize in planning. Small classrooms 5-12 students per class.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans
- Utilize technology tools to facilitate interactive learning
- Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and standardized exams
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Support students through tutoring sessions, academic advising, and mentoring to foster their scientific curiosity and achievement.
- Maintain accurate grade records for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Education or related content area
- Classroom experience in education
- Ability to design and instruct effective plans
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, colleagues, and administration.
