Key Responsibilities\n
As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video chat to address mental health concerns and improve their overall emotional well-being.
- Encouraging clients to express their emotions and experiences, helping them to develop deeper insights into their behaviors and interpersonal relationships.
- Acting as a client advocate and assisting them in defining and achieving their personal goals.
- Evaluating the mental condition of clients and creating and implementing treatment plans utilizing a solution-based approach tailored to each client's unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
The clients you will work with at Vitality Recovery are primarily stable adults with low acuity mental health needs. Qualifications\n
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

- Completion of a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Active and unrestricted licensure to practice independently in your state as one of the following:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- A minimum of two years of experience in a related mental health counseling role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a natural ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficiency with technology and a willingness to learn new systems and tools as needed.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year based on work hours and client load, coupled with the following benefits:
