Locums Orthopedic Surgery Physician in Lancaster, New Hampshire - Long-Term Assignment
Provide comprehensive general orthopedic care in a rural community with a balanced mix of clinic, surgery, and inpatient consults. This long-term assignment offers continuity while supporting an established orthopedic practice.

Practice & Cases
- Mix of inpatient consults and outpatient clinic responsibilities
- General orthopedic practice focused on an aging musculoskeletal population
- Total hip, hemiarthroplasty, total knee, and total shoulder replacements are required
- Operating room support includes surgical staff, surgical assistance, and anesthesia support
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Operating room days on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Clinic days on Tuesday and Friday
- Shared call averaging 10 days per month
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Active New Hampshire license or active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Letter of Qualification
- Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Must have performed at least 12 total hip or hemiarthroplasties, 12 total knee arthroplasties, and 12 total shoulder arthroplasties within the past year

- Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage are provided
- Travel accommodations are arranged for eligible assignments
