Agawam North Rehab &amp; Nursing is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys clinical leadership, supporting nursing staff, and providing quality resident care in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily nursing care and operations on an assigned unit</li>
<li>Supervise, support, and guide nursing staff</li>
<li>Monitor resident care and clinical documentation</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team</li>
<li>Promote compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Active Massachusetts RN license required</li>
<li>Skilled nursing/long-term care experience required</li>
<li>Previous supervisory or unit leadership experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and clinical skills</li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits
$106,000-$110,000/year, based on experience and qualifications.
