Preferred candidates bring experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or paraprofessional with behavioral support expertise. You’ll work one-on-one with students, supporting behavioral interventions, life skill development, and job performance both in school and out in the community.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active New Hampshire RBT or Para license/certification
• Background supporting students with behavioral needs, including life skills and job performance
• Experience in direct student interaction, especially in PreK, middle/high school, or community settings
• Flexibility to transition between roles as an RBT or a paraprofessional, as needed
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students in PreK (26 hours/week, Monday–Thursday) and Middle/High (32.5–35 hours/week)
• Implement and document behavioral plans under the supervision of school or district professionals
• Encourage positive behavior, social integration, and life-skill development for students aged 18–22, including support in community job settings
• Deliver paraprofessional support to 5th-grade charter school students as needed
• Foster inclusive, supportive classroom environments aligned with students’ needs
