Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, risk assessments, and medication treatment protocols.

• Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation that complies with all regulatory standards to ensure continuity of care and accountability.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in accord with the clinical team's guidelines to evaluate clients' mental health needs effectively.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans, facilitating effective intervention strategies.

• Actively partake in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care.

• Serve as a liaison for relevant service systems and community partners, fostering collaborations that benefit our clients.

• Establish robust communication channels with local, state, and federal agencies, enhancing program visibility and securing funding sources.

• Engage in professional development activities such as attending workshops, conferences, and representing the agency at key events to stay current in the field.
