Title: Medical Records Technician&nbsp; Location: Colchester, VT
Job Summary
Provide administrative and records management support for medical case management operations supporting military readiness.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Maintain and organize Soldier medical records</li>
<li>Upload, track, and validate medical documentation</li>
<li>Enter and update data in MEDCHART, MEDPROS, and related systems</li>
<li>Ensure records are complete and audit-ready</li>
<li>Support monthly reporting and case tracking</li>
<li>Coordinate document flow with providers and case managers</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Army medical record regulations</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience in medical records, health admin, or HIM</li>
<li>Knowledge of HIPAA and records handling</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and data accuracy</li>
</ul>
Preferred
<ul>
<li>Experience with military medical systems</li>
<li>RHIT/RHIA or similar certification</li>
