Our organization is on the lookout for dedicated Registered Dietitians at various levels to join the Clinical Nutrition team, specifically to support the Adult Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Program. As life expectancy for individuals with CF continues to improve, this position plays a crucial role in delivering evidence-based, patient-centered nutritional care tailored to the intricate and changing needs of this demographic. The Adult CF Dietitian will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including skilled physicians, nurses, social workers, psychologists, and other specialists. Candidates will be assessed and assigned to either Clinical Nutrition Specialist Level I or Level II based on their experience, skills, and alignment with our career advancement criteria.

Level II - Adult Cystic Fibrosis Dietitian II (Clinical Nutrition Specialist II)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Dietetics, including at least 2 years focused on pediatric nutrition
- Registered Dietitian credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration, the credentialing body of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Licensed as a Dietitian by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Experience with Adult Cystic Fibrosis is preferred
Salary Range: $58,677.00 - $93,902
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering nutritional care to patients in the Adult Cystic Fibrosis outpatient environment
- Assessing medical, biochemical, and nutritional data to identify patient needs and create effective nutrition care plans
- Acting as a knowledgeable resource, mentor, and educator for healthcare providers, students, community dietitians, and the public
- Contributing to the Adult CF Program and Clinical Nutrition initiatives aimed at enhancing professional practices, including community outreach efforts
Level I - Adult Cystic Fibrosis Dietitian I (Clinical Nutrition Specialist I)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics
- Completion of an ACEND (Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics) accredited internship program
- Registered Dietitian credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Licensed as a Dietitian by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Experience with Adult Cystic Fibrosis is preferred
Salary Range: $55,369.60 - $88,576.80 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing nutritional care to patients in the Adult Cystic Fibrosis outpatient setting
- Evaluating medical, biochemical, and nutritional information to assess patient needs and develop appropriate nutrition care plans
- Serving as a competent resource, mentor, and educator for healthcare providers, students, community dietitians, and the public
- Supporting the Adult CF Program and Clinical Nutrition initiatives to enhance professional practices, including community-based efforts
