Key Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within school settings
• Strong understanding of best practices in pediatric speech, language, and communication intervention
• Familiarity with collecting, managing, and organizing caseload information and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across a single campus, addressing a variety of communication needs
• Assess students’ speech and language abilities, developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress and maintain up-to-date caseload records in accordance with school policies and state regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support each student’s educational journey
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and encouraging school community
