Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting in Cambridge, MA. This contract position offers the chance to work onsite delivering essential speech and language services within the school environment. Part-time candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Two openings are available:
- Position 1: Maternity leave coverage, starting ASAP with an end date to be determined.
- Position 2: Medical leave coverage, starting ASAP with an end date to be determined.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough speech and language assessments.
- Preparing detailed reports and documentation.
- Delivering direct services to students based on individual needs.
- Participating in consultations, IEP writing, and goal development.
- Collaborating and maintaining communication with parents and teachers.
Candidates must hold:
- A current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active SLP licensure in Massachusetts.
- Proven experience working in school-based settings.
- Ability to work onsite full time (32.5 hours per week) due to caseload requirements.
- Completion of CORI background checks and fingerprinting.
The hiring process includes a Zoom interview.
