Job DescriptionJob Summary:Nursing Assistant / CNA responsible for providing basic nursing and restorative care under the supervision of LPNs and RNs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, hydration, and other activities of daily living.
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, positioning, range of motion, and mobility.
- Follow resident care plans and maintain accurate communication with licensed nursing staff.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and maintain resident safety.
- Follow infection control procedures and protect resident privacy and confidentiality.
- Provide compassionate care while respecting residents' individual needs and beliefs.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of current experience – Required
- Willingness to float – Required
- Previous travel experience – Highly preferred
- Rural/small facility experience – Highly preferred
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- Active New Hampshire license at submission; compact license accepted
- Resume, skills checklist, references, BLS documentation, and license verification required
- COVID vaccination series required; exemptions/declinations are not accepted
- No more than 5 days of RTO; all requested time off must be submitted with the profile
- Must be willing to work the Labor Day holiday and preceding weekend if scheduled
- Travelers residing within 50 miles of the assignment are not eligible.
