Experience Requirement:Will take any experience level, but prefer experienced cataract surgeon
Partnership Opportunity:Available.
Target Compensation: Depends on experience level, but starting $350,000 base salary plus bonus.
Bonus Opportunity: 25% of collections over 2.5x wage threshold.
Retirement Program:401k, 25% match on all contributions.
Other Benefits: Up to $3,000 expense reimbursement per year for professional education. 8 Paid Holidays. Practice pays professional liability coverage.
Relocation:Up to $10,000, reimbursed with receipts.
Vacation/PTO:4 Weeks PTO, 5 days for CME, 7 Sick Days.

Current patient volume: 40-62 per day depending on MD
Annual Vit Procedure:3,600
Estimated Surg Volume for this role:16-17 minimum cases per surgery day. Case count set by the anesthesia group we contract with.
Support Staff: Techs, Scribes, Front Desk, in-house billing, Admin, full support.
Hospital Call:Yes, four local hospitals. St. Luke's Hospital, Charlton Memorial Hospital, St. Anne's Hospital, Tobey Hospital.

Partners:One. Purchased all shares from his partner recently, bringing in two more partners by end of 2025 and one more to follow within a year.
