Holyoke Medical Center is seeking a Day Hospitalist to join our established Hospital Medicine team in Western Massachusetts.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician looking for a stable, physician-friendly schedule, strong compensation, and a supportive community hospital environment.

Position Highlights:

\n

7 on / 7 off block schedule
\n 175 clinical shifts per year
\n Average census: 16-18 patients per day
\n Closed ICU
\n Supportive ED/ICU backup
\n Total compensation: $310,000–$360,000 based on experience
\n Includes $30,000 quality metric bonus potential
