LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Derry, New Hampshire.

🕒 Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12‑hour Days, every other weekend)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments
- Interpret dysrhythmias and provide telemetry monitoring
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and PCA management
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
- Perform patient education and discharge teaching
- Document all care accurately using Meditech Expanse
- Participate in bedside care conferences
- Perform safety rounding and ensure best practices
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Float to appropriate units as needed
📋 Required Skills & Experience\nMust Have:\nMinimum 1 year acute care experience\nStrong dysrhythmia interpretation skills\nProficiency with telemetry monitoring\nAbility to manage 1:6 patient load\nPreferred:\nExperience across Med Surg & Tele combined units\nStrong communication and time‑management skills\n📜 Certifications Required\nBLS (AHA)\nACLS
