Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum of 2 years' ICU nursing experience
- ACLS and BLS (AHA or ARC) certification required
- Proficiency in Meditech electronic health record system required
- Experience in critical care nursing with demonstrated clinical skills
Schedule & Hours:
- Days, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 36 hours per week (3 shifts of 12 hours)
- Every other holiday and every third weekend worked
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care for critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Utilize Meditech system for accurate documentation and patient management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and complex clinical situations
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and infection control guidelines
