Details of Assignment:
\n
Telemetry experience is required. Must have acute care experience. NO block scheduling. Charge Capability: Highly Preferred Floating Required: Yes Common patient diagnosis: Alcohol abuse, COPD, DM, CHF, Sepsis, Pneumonia. Experience administering: Antibiotics, anticoagulants, blood, lasix, amiodarone. Specialty equipment: Pyxis, Zebra scanners, bladder scanners, dopplers, general medical equipment. Orientation: Hospital orientation followed by two shifts on the unit with a preceptor.
