Our client in Worcester, MA is seeking skilled A Tech and B Tech Diesel Mechanics to join their growing team. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering excellent benefits, a clean and air-conditioned shop, and strong long-term stability.

Hours: 3am to 11:30am OR 10am to 6:30pm

Pay: $27 to $50 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and related equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Document all repairs and services performed
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet repair timelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic (A or B Tech)
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, diagnostics, and repair
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and mechanical equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
