Job DescriptionConstruction Superintendent – Commercial Interiors Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
- Ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, building management, and trade partners
- Lead weekly site meetings and provide project updates
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Experience managing commercial interior fit-out projects up to $10M
- Strong experience working with union trades and union subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience working in occupied buildings and active environments preferred
- Procore, Fieldwire, or similar construction software experience preferred
- CSL preferred but not required
