The current employee’s salary that is on leave is 94760.00 so our temp rate should not extend 40/hour or lower so when possible converting we don't want a problem Monday – Friday 8:30-5 Top 3 technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Video conferencing Instant Document sharing SharePoint Google Drive Shared Calendar Management Any things special about the day to day responsibilities Looking for someone that is very hospitable friendly demeanor this role sits in the main lobby and will be greeting tenants as they come in. They will also be working with our team to execute small scale events for appreciation in the lobby. They will be helping with admin tasks and will be trained by our team for more day to day tasks. The Community Manager’s main duty is to create and manage programming at an office property to enhance the experience for tenants and visitors in order to create a sense of community on the property. The chosen candidate will oversee conference and event space. The ideal candidate has a hospitable and creative personality reinforced with an exceptional business acumen and tech-savviness. This position will not only plan meetings and professional conferences but also exciting social and networking events focusing on the life-science industry. Additionally this position will manage the admin portal of the property app manage property social media accounts and create internal marketing collateral. Another goal for this position is to provide exemplary concierge services for tenants and building management by serving as an informational resource for the property – arranging events meetings services gifts and reservations. The Community Manager is also responsible for accurate reports detailing client requests and billing of services to the tenants and client. JOB DUTIES App Implementation and Management • Partner with app developer to design and implement property-wide app • Supervise app implementation and ensure deadlines are met • Provide content and feedback to app developer in a timely manner • Give status updates for app development to XM Corporate staff and client on a specified cadence • Review building app often for brand consistency • Create and maintain app content in-line with luxury brand standards • Market and promote app usage among tenants residents guests etc. Tenant/Community Engagement • Create property programming with the goal of creating a property-wide sense of inclusion and community - creativity that is relevant to the life science tenants • Coordinating external usage of amenity spaces • Networking within the life science industry • Maintains property programming budget • Manages and schedules building amenities ie. conference space rooftop terrace tenant lounge etc. • Curates unique and worthwhile activations in public and private event space in conjunction with onsite retailers at times • Special event planning for meetings and events occurring at the property for clients and tenants directly - can be large-scale • Assists property management team in creating welcome collateral and events for new tenants • Responds to in-person phone and email requests from tenants and assists in providing guidance and information to tenants in a timely manner • Manages property social media sites • Designs and copywrites internal marketing messaging and collateral for property programming and events including digital and printed communications • Acts as a building ambassador and engage tenants to participate in building programming • Plan robust program within property budget • Negotiate contracts with area vendors for best price product and service • Works with Experience Management corporate team to grow a local Preferred Vendor list • Stays current on knowledge of local events and cultural attractions. • Other concierge-related requests as needed • Other reports duties meetings TBD SKILLS AND APTITUDES • Experienced marketing and event planning • Creatively produce ideas to develop bespoke programs to engage various demographics and interests • Ability to engage tenants and visitors to participate in events and programming • Possesses foresight to organize event logistics up to 3000 attendees • Eye for clean concise marketing collateral • Superior knowledge of local cultural dining and entertainment venues and ability to match client and tenant desires to the appropriate venue • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment accommodating and communicating to a broad range of clientele with varied needs • Motivated self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision • Proactive approachable and solution-focused • Professional demeanor and appearance • Strong planning and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Takes initiative and anticipates needs of others • Commitment to company values • Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office iOS functions marketing or graphic design software and digital technology EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • At least three years’ experience in marketing and event planning including VIP guest service • Previous concierge or VIP retail experience highly-preferred • Expert-level knowledge of the local area including current dining retail and entertainment trends

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
