Job Description"We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 07- week travel/contract assignment in Holyoke, MA 01040."Job Details:
- Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $792 - $888
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic medical care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
- Document patient care, treatment, and observations accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Follow infection control protocols and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Valid and active LPN license.
- Previous healthcare experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving patients.
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 50-mile radius qualify for travel pay.
