- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,930 - $2,080

- Work Environment: 23-bed OR with weekend rotations possible

Job Requirements\n
- \n
- Minimum of 1 year of operating room or CVOR experience required
- Current CST certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Cardiac surgical experience strongly preferred
- Travel experience preferred
- Ability to support additional surgical cases when cardiac volume allows
- Comfort with on-call shifts and potential weekend rotation
- Strong adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced operating room setting

Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Provide skilled support in the cardiovascular operating room during surgical procedures
- Assist the surgical team with setup, instrumentation, and intraoperative workflow
- Maintain a sterile field and ensure safe, efficient operating room practices
- Support cardiac cases as a priority while assisting with other cases as needed
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR staff to promote excellent patient care
- Adapt to on-call needs and changing case volumes within the unit
- Document and communicate effectively using the Cerner charting system
