- Strong background in structural steel and/or precast estimating — familiarity with takeoffs, scope review, and bid coordination.
- Proficiency with estimating software and blueprint reading — ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately.
- Strong communication and organizational skills — must be able to interface with fabricators, GCs, and internal teams effectively under tight bid schedules. Local ties to the market is a plus
