• BLS
• ACLS

• Massachusetts nursing license

Job Details
• Pre/Post recovery Room RN position.
• 40 hours per week, working four 10-hour shifts.
• No weekends or on-call duties.

Job Requirements
• Must have a valid Massachusetts nursing license with primary source verification within 30 days of start date.
• BLS certification required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military).
• ACLS certification required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military).
• PALS certification required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military).
• Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date and updated annually.
• MGB Medication Exam with 80% passing within 365 days for RN & LPN.
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity.
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• Physician Health Statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience.
• Two recent references, minimum one supervisor or above, in skillset.
• MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
• Education verification through background check company.
• SSN Trace with addresses/aliases for past 7 years.
• National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
• Exclusion checks within 30 days of start and annually.
• MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission.

• Pre/Post recovery room unit.

Additional Details
• MGB IRP Resume and Evaluation are optional.
• License/Certificate Verification is optional.
• Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred.
• Tdap vaccine preferred within 10 years and updated upon expiration.
• Positive PPD requires negative chest X-ray documentation.
• MGB TB Symptom Survey if positive PPD is optional.
