Key Responsibilities\n

- Serve as a liaison for clients with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate access to resources.
- Foster effective communication channels to promote our mission within the community and achieve contract standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to explore potential partnerships, alliances, and funding opportunities.
- Engage in networking and professional growth activities, such as attending conferences and representing the organization in community outreach initiatives.

- Complete other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with operational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
