T‑LPN / T‑RN – Skilled Nursing/Rehab – Keene, NH (Travel‑Class Nights, Local Market)

• Title: Travel LPN or Travel RN (T‑LPN | T‑RN) – 8‑hour Night Shifts

• Location: Keene, NH 03431, skilled nursing/rehab facility in the Keene area (client name not used externally).

• Dates: 03/16/26 – 05/18/26 (10 weeks)

• Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 30‑minute unpaid meal (8‑hour nights)

• Guaranteed hours: 32 hours/week (likely 4×8s)

• Set days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

• Rate:$40–$50 p/h

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care on a long‑term‑care/rehab unit: med administration, treatments, wound care, and focused assessments during 11p–7:30a.

• Manage night‑shift workflow: evening/early‑morning med passes, safety rounds, addressing overnight changes in condition, and preparing residents and documentation for day shift.​​

• Supervise aides, maintain infection‑control and fall‑prevention practices, communicate with providers as needed, and complete accurate EMR documentation and handoff reports.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire RN license or LPN license, in good standing.

• 1+ year recent SNF/rehab or LTC experience; prior night‑shift or travel experience strongly preferred.

• BLS required; RN candidates may be expected to manage higher‑acuity residents and lead the team on nights
