<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and oversee stone countertop installations at residential and commercial job sites</li>
<li>Ensure installations are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently</li>
<li>Read and interpret drawings and job specifications</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with customers and team members</li>
<li>Train and mentor installation team members</li>
<li>Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Previous stone countertop installation experience required</li>
<li>Leadership or crew lead experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record</li>
<li>Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work</li>
<li>Reliable, professional, and customer-focused</li>
