LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Test Technician for our client in the southern Manchester, NJ area. This direct hire role allows you to expand your semiconductor career within a fast-paced manufacturing industry! This on-site position requires a minimum of two years’ current experience in a semi-conductor testing technician role and prefers candidates that have a strong background using testing equipment such as leak detectors, vacuum pressure and torque testing as well as experience with motors such as Kollmorgen. Candidates must have expereince in working with and reading schematics and blueprints.
Salary range: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
· Experience in testing and troubleshooting seals and semiconductor units.
· Compiling test results.
· Work collaboratively with the assembly, engineering and repairs departments.
· Utilize testing equipment such as calypso bench test, high speed rotation and torque testing.
· Work collaboratively to make improvements to testing fixtures, processes and procedures, tooling, and data collection.
· Use internal software to document, record, and initiate testing.
· Must be a collaborative team player that works well independently and in a group setting.
· Must be able to follow clean room standards.
· Ability to measure utilizing all quality instruments.
· Familiarity with GD&T.
Requirements:
· Proven current test technician experience with a strong progressive work history in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
· 2 years’ experience utilizing testing equipment listed above.
· Familiarity with PLC programming is strongly preferred.
· Must be able to interpret design engineering drawings, make fixtures and tooling from using blueprints/schematics.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour
