Facilities Maintenance

· Up to $33/hour to start

· Hooksett, NH

· Monday – Friday (With some on call hours)

· First Shift – 8am – pm

Duties:

· Maintain grounds to company standards including Lawn care, edging the walkways and giving the grounds a manicured look as requested.

· Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on the lawn care equipment and tools

· Ability to work with suppliers and outside vendors on small projects

· Operate snow removal equipment during the winter to keep Auto parking lot, walkways and entrances of buildings cleared and safe. Salt treatments as needed.

· Basic maintenance and light repairs both interior and exterior as needed

· Assist different departments for maintenance requests

· Small carpentry, plumbing repairs, and painting as needed

· Responds to emergency maintenance issues as needed

· Other duties as assigned.

· Maintain Carwash as needed, including greasing unit and tunnel cleaning

· Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record

· Prior plowing and landscaping experience preferred

· Small plumbing and electrical experience preferred

· Ability to walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 50lbs
