Territory: Waltham, Brookline, Newton, Watertown. Belmont, Arlington, Weston, Cambridge, Brighton, Allston, Weston, Wellesley
Pay Range - $45.00 - $50.00
Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Completes and submits OASIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges and significant change in condition in accordance with Agency defined time frames.
Registered Nurse Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
- 1-2 years of experience as an Registered Nurse
- 1 year of experience in home health care required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
