Key Responsibilities

- Assisting Assembly: Hold materials in place while the lead carpenter fastens them with nails, screws, or glue.
- Finishing Tasks: Sand surfaces, fill gaps, or clean up finished installations.
Job Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift heavy objects (often 50 to 75 pounds).
- Tool Knowledge: Basic understanding of hand and power tools like saws, drills, and hammers.
- Safety Focus: Willingness to follow strict job-site safety rules and wear protective gear.
