Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients, ensuring their therapeutic experience is effective and impactful.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including risk assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to facilitate ongoing care and accountability.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools specified by the clinical team to ensure accurate assessments and treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans and other interventions tailored to client needs.
- Actively engage in accreditation and licensing processes to guarantee the highest quality of care and adherence to industry standards.
- Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems and community partners, fostering strong relationships that promote client welfare and service effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program visibility and secure potential funding sources.
- Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and networking events to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Actively promote the agency’s mission, ensuring our values and principles of care are integrated throughout your practice.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director to support team and organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your role as an LMHC will involve working with a diverse population, including individuals facing challenges related to emotional health, substance use, and developmental disabilities. - A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
- An active, independent LMHC license in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory. For candidates currently licensed in another state, we offer to cover the costs associated with obtaining licensure in Massachusetts.
- Proven experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans in outpatient settings, with an understanding of evidence-based practices.

While not required, experience in areas such as crisis intervention, substance use recovery, and collaborative treatment planning will be beneficial. Familiarity with community resources and a network of local service agencies is also advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits\n
