SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Hingham, MA. We are looking for compassionate and reliable caregivers who are ready to support clients with daily activities and provide quality care in the comfort of their homes.

What You’ll Do

• Provide assistance with personal care and activities of daily living

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a safe home

• Follow individual care plans and daily routines

• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care independently in a client’s home

• Able to work longer shifts as scheduled
