Our client is a premier, full-service Boston law firm known for its collaborative culture and entrepreneurial environment. They are seeking a driven Litigation Associate with 2 to 5 years of core experience to take a leading role on complex commercial cases.
You will manage litigation strategy from intake through trial, handling high-impact motions, taking and defending depositions, negotiating strategic settlements, and advocating in court. This role is ideal for an ambitious attorney ready to step out of the background and directly manage client relationships with robust partner backing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex civil litigation matters from initial case intake through trial and appeal.
- Draft high-level pleadings, dispositive motions, and comprehensive written discovery.
- Conduct and defend key witness and expert depositions.
- Lead settlement negotiations and represent clients in court hearings and mediations.
- Formulate core legal strategy and actively participate in business development initiatives.
