Cosmos Painting Company is seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Residential Painter – Painting Tech to join our team. This is a full-time position with steady hours and the opportunity to work on high-end residential projects. THE TYPE OF EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL PAINTER - PAINTING TECH WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of residential painting experience
- Experience in high-end applications
- Possess personal painting tools and brushes
- Reliable form of transportation
- Working knowledge in the use of ladders and power equipment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Adaptable and eager to learn
- Comfortable with technology
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as a team, and has a good work ethic, integrity, and maturity
- Critical thinking skills and maintains high standards

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL PAINTER - PAINTING TECH
This is a full-time position with stable hours, operating Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with optional overtime available.
In this role, you'll begin each day by heading directly to job sites located across our service area, including the MetroWest to Sudbury area, Boston, and the Northern Suburbs to Maine. Your responsibilities will include preparing surfaces, applying primers and finishes, and working on detailed elements like windows, doors, and trim. You'll use ladders and power tools safely and efficiently, maintain clear communication with clients and team members, and uphold the high standards that define us.
