Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving clients from the comfort of your own home. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing predictable scheduling to help you manage your professional and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms in your clients, utilizing appropriate assessment tools and interviews.

  • Implement effective evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address and alleviate emotional and psychological suffering.

  • Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance recovery and coping skills.

  • Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in conditions or responses to therapy.

  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

  • Stay informed of the latest developments and research in mood disorder treatments to enhance service delivery and clinical efficacy.

The primary focus of your role will be on clients dealing with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

  • A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
