Empower students to communicate and connect—discover a rewarding position as a School Speech-Language Pathologist supporting K-12 learners in and around the Williamstown, MA region. Multiple full-time, onsite contract roles are available, working with diverse student needs across several educational settings. Opportunities are open to Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC)-credentialed SLPs as well as skilled SLPAs, and travel professionals are encouraged to apply.
In this meaningful role, you will:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with special education teams
- Provide direct therapy—both individual and small group—to address articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills
- Maintain detailed progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Communicate regularly with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student success
- Supervise and collaborate effectively with SLPAs, as appropriate
- Adapt strategies and materials to serve a varied caseload across different locations
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences (for SLPs)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Massachusetts (SLP or SLPA as appropriate)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred for SLPs
- Experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working onsite with flexibility to serve different campus environments
- Compassionate, student-centered approach to care
