Monadnock Myofascial Release, PLLC is looking for an Physical Therapist who is passionate about hands-on care, helping people feel better and move better, and taking the time to truly understand each client’s individual needs.
We are especially interested in therapists who have training and/or clinical experience in myofascial release, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, or other hands-on treatment approaches. Whether you already have experience with myofascial release or are eager to learn and develop your skills in this area, we want to hear from you.

About Monadnock Myofascial Release: for more than 13 years, Monadnock Myofascial Release, PLLC has been helping people throughout the Monadnock region of New Hampshire and beyond improve their health, function, and quality of life.
We are a multidisciplinary private practice offering Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Massage Therapy. Our dedicated team works with clients of all ages and a wide range of diagnoses and goals.
Our practice has a strong emphasis on manual therapy, particularly myofascial release, along with other treatment approaches designed to help clients achieve meaningful improvements in comfort, movement, function, and overall well-being.
We bill most major health insurance plans and also have a large number of self-pay clients.

Our owner, Molly McMillan, OTR/L, is one of only 10 teachers for MFR seminars internationally. She provides staff with ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching, creating an environment where therapists can continue to grow their clinical knowledge and hands-on skills.
As a small practice, we offer a close-knit, team-centered environment where everyone feels welcomed, ideas are shared, and open communication is valued.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement physical therapy interventions focused on relieving pain, increasing motion and quality of life.
- Educate clients regarding their treatment plans and empower them with home exercises.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary, including discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client treatments and outcomes.
This job is located in Keene, NH. It is nestled in and is the hub of the Monadnock region. Qualifications
- Valid NH Physical Therapy License
- 3+years experience as a physical therapist successfully meeting clients treatment goals
- Manual therapy training and experience, especially MFR
- Experience with and mastery of EMR system documentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Values a client centered approach
- Values an intimate practice setting
