Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring a VT or compact RN license and current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Position is in a hospital-based Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
- Day shift schedule
- Assignment length is 13 weeks
- Responsibilities include care for post-anesthesia and recovery patients
- Deliver age-specific direct patient care using the nursing process
- Assume leadership responsibilities and delegate work to support staff
- Must comply with all applicable state and federal healthcare regulations
- First time travelers will be considered

- Active VT or compact RN license required
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications must be active prior to contract start date or course booked for orientation
- Experience in anesthesia/recovery and post-anesthesia care required
