We are looking to add a CBHI Supervisor to our growing offices, this role can report to either of our offices in Holyoke MA or Worcester MA .

Responsibilities:
- Provides clinical and administrative lead to a multidisciplinary team
- Provides education and mentorship to those supervised, and provide skill development
- Reviews and provides feedback on all work including, but not limited to sessions, care coordination, documentation, billable activities, and collaboration
- Assess the work performance of direct reportees and identifying areas that need improvement providing action plans and or needed verbal, and written warnings
- Provides initial training and orientation to new CBHI providers
- Supports CBHI providers in ongoing learning, skill development, and career development including providing training/coaching to individual and groups of CBHI providers
- Participates in supervisor meetings, staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as scheduled
- Ensures adherence to CBHI performance specifications and medical necessity criteria as outlined by the state
- Collaborates with program leadership in creating and implementing policies and procedures
- Complete multiple tasks,paperwork within a timely manner while maintaining service productivity as established by the program
- Works with youth and families if needed by the program
- Serves as a back-up to on-call IHT clinicians on a rotating basis
- Completes all other tasks as required by the program and management
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, mentor, and supervise direct reports
- Meet on a regular basis to provide support and answer questions
- Review and approve timesheets on a bi-weekly basis
- Provides direct reports with constant feedback (i.e Paylocity Journal Notes, Performance Evaluations, Disciplinary Action Plans as needed)
- Must report to both the Holyoke and Worcester offices at least once per week each (Minimum 2 days in person requirement)
Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have a Master’s degree in the human services field
- Must be licensed at the Master’s level independently licensed (LICSW)
- Must be MA CANS certified (by potential start date)
- Ability to respond to written and verbal communication in a clear, timely, respectful, and effective manner
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Engage youth and families in family therapy, assess and diagnose with DSM-5 diagnoses, and be able to educate families and other team members on diagnoses and clinical needs as indicated
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- Must value and demonstrate the ability to work with individuals of various backgrounds, be able to explore family culture, and lead discussions about cultural differences and how they may impact the work
- Must have reliable transportation
- Approved CORI check
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of mental health diagnoses, family systems, family therapy, community resources, and youth/family-serving systems
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Bilingual capabilities
