Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 26-week contract in Springfield, Vermont — earn up to ($2307 - $2428 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Collaborate with medical staff to develop treatment plans.

• Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care outcomes.

• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.

• Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

• Educate patients and families on health management and resources.

• Adapt to changing environments and patient needs effectively.

• Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Vermont with emergency department experience.

• Proven ability to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with medical staff.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Experience in utilizing performance metrics for improving patient outcomes.

• Ability to triage patients based on the severity of conditions.
