Key Responsibilities\n

  • Establish therapeutic relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to set and achieve personalized treatment goals.

  • Offer evidence-based therapy tailored to diverse populations, ensuring prevention-oriented interventions are a key component of treatment.

  • Develop, implement, and review comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including maintaining a caseload and producing detailed session notes to track client progress.

  • Collaborate effectively with external treatment providers, placement agencies, and community resources to optimize client care.

  • Participate in regular staff meetings to enhance team synergy and provide input on organizational processes and culture.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and current license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • \n

  • A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • \n

  • Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

  • Strong understanding and familiarity with community mental health resources to facilitate supportive connections for clients.
  • \n

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the capacity to build rapport with clients and foster therapeutic alliances.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
