Your impact

  • Run a 40 mm pilot twin‑screw compounding line to generate R&D samples—especially TPVs and related materials.
  • Build additive packages; configure KTRON controls; manage loader/feeder setups; oversee downstream pelletizer, Gala unit, Witte, and dryer.
  • Conduct tests to defined specifications; after training, own all core testing workflows.
  • Capture formula inputs, processing conditions, and results in the lab data system.
  • Support secondary operations such as injection molding, extrusion, and physical property testing of finished samples.

What you need to succeed

  • Team‑oriented communicator who partners effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
  • Preferred: 1+ years’ experience in materials compounding, testing, or manufacturing.
  • Education: Associate’s degree in science (completed or in progress).
  • Skill: Twin‑screw compounding proficiency.

Role requirements

  • Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Fluent English communication (phone and written).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
