Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dependable Landscape Maintenance Supervisor/Foreman/Crew Leader to join our team! You will lead our mowing crew and maintain high-quality properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. Work references are required. Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage a landscape maintenance crew</li>
<li>Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general property maintenance</li>
<li>Operate truck, trailer, and landscape equipment safely</li>
<li>Ensure all tools and equipment are properly secured before leaving each job site</li>
<li>Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment</li>
<li>Maintain quality standards and complete jobs efficiently</li>
<li>Report any equipment damage, property damage, and/or employee injuries immediately</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Experience leading a mowing/landscape maintenance crew</li>
<li>Experience operating truck and trailer</li>
<li>Ability to safely operate zero-turn mower</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and leadership skills</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li>
