Role Description This is a part-time remote Home Health Aide role that involves providing non-medical support to clients in their homes or residential settings. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. The Home Health Aide helps with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and reminders for medications as directed by care plans. The role also includes offering companionship, monitoring client condition and behavior, and reporting any changes to supervisors or care coordinators. Documentation of services provided, adherence to safety protocols, and clear communication with clients, families, and the care team are essential responsibilities.

- Candidates should possess skills in Home Care, including familiarity with in-home support routines and safety practices.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with clients, families, and care team members.
- Candidates should possess skills in Activities of Daily Living support, such as assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Candidates should possess Patient Care and Personal Care skills, including basic monitoring of client condition and compassionate hands-on support.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience as a Home Health Aide or caregiver, relevant certification or training, reliability in following care plans, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality, follow infection control and safety guidelines, and use basic technology for documentation or remote coordination is preferred.
