Busy Sweeping business with over 25 years of service is seeking a skilled General Laborer who is experienced in many different areas of commercial laboring jobs. Must be able to work independently and effectively. Work is done in shopping plazas throughout MA & NH. Valid drivers license and clean driving record required. We are located 2 minutes off I93 at Exit 4. Depending on the day and job needs you will start your day at the shop in Londonderry, NH. In work vehicle with appropriate tools you will drive to site and complete provided tasks which could include but not limited to:

Pot Holes repairs

Bollard work

Painting

Sign work

Ceiling Tire replacement

Small plumbing or electrical work

Trash picking

Power Washing

Sign work

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial maintenance work
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, skid steers, and manlifts as needed
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods during shifts.
