Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that may include pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication management plans.
- Document all interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards to ensure compliance and facilitate effective care coordination.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools, selected in collaboration with our clinical team, to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive positive behavior support plans that address client needs holistically.
- Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our services meet the highest quality standards.
- Serve as a liaison to state agencies, service systems, and community partners, actively seeking opportunities for collaboration and resource sharing.
- Establish and nurture effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission while enhancing community relations.
- Foster relationships with local, state, federal, and other organizations to promote our programs and discover new partnerships and funding opportunities.
- Pursue ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and group presentations, representing the organization within industry-related meetings and committees.
- Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, and core principles in daily interactions and decision-making.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall goals of the organization.

- Possess a Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field.
- Hold an independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in Massachusetts or willingness to obtain one, with the fees covered by the organization for counselors licensed in other states.

Compensation and Benefits\n
