Salary: 100,000 - 150,000 (Based on Experience)
Location: Acton, MA
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Custom Residential Project Manager to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes from preconstruction through project completion. This individual will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and overall project execution while ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of custom residential construction projects from permitting through final turnover.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.Coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the build process.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, scheduling, and quality control.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest craftsmanship standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in custom residential construction
- Proven experience managing luxury custom homes, renovations, and/or estate projects.
- MA License required
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, building codes, and permitting processes.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
