Job DescriptionSchedule: 8-Hour Day Shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week)Weekend Requirements: NoneOn-Call Requirements: None
Facility & Clinical Overview:

  • Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine Physician Practice.
  • Coverage Scope: Primary placement at the Whitefield outpatient clinic, with potential travel between regional outpatient clinics as needed.
  • EMR System: Meditech experience is a plus.
  • Housing Advisory: Local housing options are limited; candidates must have confirmed housing arrangements or viable options prior to submission.


Core Duties & Clinical Skills:

  • Patient Preparation: Rooming patients, taking vital signs, reviewing medical histories, and prepping patients for examinations or minor procedures.
  • Clinical Procedures: Administering injections and immunizations, and performing EKGs.
  • Operational Skills: Utilizing medical terminology, prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and adapting to shifting daily schedules to minimize patient wait times.


Candidate Submission & Qualification Requirements:Clinical Experience & Certifications:

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of recent Medical Assistant experience [REQUIRED]. Prior travel experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED].
  • Life Support: Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification [REQUIRED].
