Description\n
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for a brand new, freestanding ER, requiring pediatric imaging experience and prior travel assignment experience.

- Work in a brand new, state-of-the-art, freestanding ER
- Adult and pediatric patient population
- Day shift, 3x8 hours, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Every other weekend / every other holiday rotation
- Depending on shift, traveler may work alone on-site, requiring a full 12-hour shift without a 30 minute break, though downtime is available
- Charting completed in Epic

Requirements\n
- \n
- ARRT (R) and BLS certification required
- MA Radiology license required if applicable
- Prior travel assignment experience required
- Documented pediatric imaging experience in a complex medical center required
- Epic charting experience required
- Experience performing upper extremity, lower extremity, spine and pelvis, chest, and skull imaging
- Experience with C-arm procedures and bedside/portable imaging
- Experience with PACS equipment
- Teaching hospital, community hospital, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred

- Union facility with no special scheduling accommodations; must be able to work all 7 days as scheduled
- Local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius at the same bill rate
- Returning staff must have a 12-month separation from the health system
- Up to 14 days of RTO may be submitted for review, with no RTO allowed in the first week
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
